Ran yearly workshops with stakeholders from each Product group and other teams to determine research needs and how each research project would tie into the larger product roadmap

  • Weighed estimated timing, budgets for outsourcing research, and business needs to ensure teams had the insights they need

Managed the large, diverse teams with regular meetings, Teams chats for ongoing engagement, and JIRA boards for organizing overlapping tasks

  • Organized quarterly meetings to review needs and stay ahead of roadmap deadlines

  • Stakeholders from product, development, marketing, and subject matter groups were involved so research needs were coordinated across the organization and everyone felt connected to UXR

  • Weighed timelines, availability, and business needs to ensure teams had the insights they need

UXR Activation

Focused on evolving the UXR practice to be more integrated with the development process and other areas of the business

  • Collaborated with all relevant areas of the business from research planning to readouts and implementation of recommendations

  • Drafted a monthly newsletter that highlighted UXR’s latest learnings, what was coming up, and how anyone could get involved

  • Integrated research into the development process through user stories, developers’ ‘definition of done’, and training developers to participate in their own research
